How many calories does this burn?

@MusiclsMyLifeAndMore-- that's a great question! How many calories a person burns can vary greatly. My best advice would be to wear a HR monitor and test yourself to get the most accurate number. But I would say on average, you could burn from 350-500 calories. It is only a little over 30 min. in length.

Just finished this one! I'll have to get my footwork down before I can figure out how my hips are supposed to work! But a great workout!!
