Release agent is actually heat-resistant paints. According to scientists, it can cause harm to people in certain conditions. To minimize this, the research center of Good Housekeeping magazine has launched an experiment and the following recommendations:


- Do not use pots, non-stick pans at high temperatures. At a temperature of 260oC, anti-adhesive begins to decompose, releasing toxic molecules. Therefore, the map should not be cooking at a temperature higher than 260oC. It should not be used for baking or applesauce roasted meat.
