As many times as your like, most will say not to do cardio more than once a day though. The best thing to do is mix it up as doing the same cardio every day can cause injury. I personally alternate between running, jumping rope, and kickboxing such as this video. Ill do a couple days running, a day of skipping rope, and day of kickboxing. You get the idea.
